THE PROBLEM.

THERE'S OVERUSE OF SINGLE-USE.

1,000,000
plastic bottles
are sold globally
every single minute.

Only 30% of used
plastic bottles in the
USA are recycled.

It takes 450 years
for a plastic bottle
to degrade.

FASHION IS LIVING FAST & DYING YOUNG.

70 million barrels of oil
are used each year to
make polyester clothing.

107 billion units
of apparel were sold
globally in 2016.

3 out of 5
fast fashion items
end up in a landfill.

BUT...SCIENCE.

SO. RECYCLE.

From discarded plastic water bottles we create recycled polyester.

Blended with upcycled textile waste & eco-friendly tencel

- we bring you the world's softest & most sustainable socks!

The plastic bottles we use are collected from the east coast of the USA.

They are sorted, chopped up & melted in North Carolina,

& then engineered into high-performance fibers for Teddy Locks.

Unifi Repreve fibers are certified for recycled content by Scientific Certification Systems (SCS),
are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified & are GRS (Global Recycle Standard) certified.
